Samsung PS50A476 3D TV

Samsung will soon be launching the stunning new PS50A476 3D TV coming in a sleek, minimalistic design packed with fantastic features. The PS50A476 includes Samsung's ‘Real 3D Engine’ which creates unique images for each eye with redefined format and 3D depth information. Then PS50A476 3D Television will display 60 images per second for each eye independently giving the viewer visuals at an amazing 120Hz frame rate.

This Samsung 3D TV also has an IR emitter that synchronises signals generated from special Samsung Active Shutter 3D Glasses, these work together so that both eyes get their very own visual information resulting in you feeling the exciting experience of the full 3D effect. DDD software or an nVidia Graphic card will convert the 3D input source material of the PS50A476 into 3D format with depth information derived from the input source.

The Real 100Hz of the Samsung PS50A476 gives you display motions in a much more fluid way than a standard TV with no blurring by doubling the frame rate and not repeating the same image to make more frames but cleverly calculating the centre image between frame A and frame B and inserting another frame A+. Standard TVs display visuals at a 50Hz frame rate meaning they show 50 still images per second which can sometimes result in image blurring in fast moving action scenes.
